Production Notes:

Honestly, this is a closet costume made to participate in a NANA band group. However, there are a lot of things to be said about how precise the fashion is from Ai Yazawa's work. All designs from Ai Yazawa's NANA are based on real-life fashion designer Vivienne Westwood's actual work from the 1970's and on, starting with her work for the British punk group "The Sex Pistols". So I wanted to make this as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, that means that my shirt had to contain several contraversial images which found themselves into Nobu's design.

Other than that, the studwork on both jacket's (A) and (B) is hand done, the latter "BLACK STONES" design on Jacket (B) done with a Bedazzler. Anyone considering the use of a Bedazzler should feel safe that its worth the cash for cheap and easy beadwork on the go. It's sort of a bead stapler and I was really happy with the results it had to offer.
