It's over! That was the greatest encounter with my own mental abilities that I've ever . . . Well, encountered! Weeks and weeks of LSAT preparation seemed to have paid off, I went to and from the test feeling not invincible, but prepared. It takes 3 weeks for the scores to come in, and I think I hit the target to get into the Law Schools I wanted. Maybe I'll end up moving? Anyhow! Now that all that is said and done with, I can get back to relaxing for the most part. Final Fantasy XI Fan Festival is coming up in December, and I'm really excited to meet everyone up in Hollywood. Speaking of FFXI, I'm going to be appearing on a few podcasts in the Limit Break Radio network. If you feel like checking out how much of a dork I am, hit that up on the FFXI page in the link bar. I'm still working on crankin' out the beats, specifically Mega Man 9 is my new target. If you haven't gotten a chance to play that, do it. It's the best game that came out in the last 15 or so years. Oh, feels so good to relax.

Home stretch until the LSAT, which has been the primary reason I've been a little harder to get ahold of as of late. First things first, my expressed condolences to all of the property damage in Houston due to Hurricane Ike. I've personally been dealing with various people effected by it, from a professional to a more familiar scale; and I personally am not one of the people who forgets that as I write this most of greater Houston still lacks power. Keep on trucking, even if you can't see this. As far as I'm truckin' along, I've been studying hard for the LSAT's, and am unfortunately am able to take few breaks. I'm still working as hard as I can on FFXI community projects, and am excited to confirm my attendance for Final Fantasy XI Fan Festival 2008, once they confirm a venue. Oni-Con's Masquerade Ball will proceed this year without a hitch, and will have a winter theme (last year was "night under the stars") I hope to see you at either event if it peaks your fancy! Wish me luck on the LSAT! Back to work ~ By the way, that's Law School Admission Test, and accordingly, enjoy this LSAT theme song! When it hits you, you will. . . Well, bricks.

Man, riding Hurricane Gustav was an experience. Nothing like looking out your window and seeing pitch black doom while the radio screams out "Do not be on the road, stay in your homes and be safe." But hey, I'm alive! Dragon*Con was a hit. Like always, there's literally too much going on to make everything and I didn't get to see everyone, but I had a blast and will be back next year. As far as events go, there's really nothing going on for a few months except Oni-Con, which will see a reprise of the Masquerade Ball whose planning is well under way. Level Down went ahead and aired my episode, and I've been getting excited comments from the FFXI community. If you feel like leaving a comment, complaint, or musical request; hit me up with the information on the contact page. I've gotta' just get back into routine, and my LSATs are coming up as well so I'll be forever busy with academics and the legal world. Also the music page has been updated!

Alright, an update! I just finished recording my appearance on the www.Vanadielprofiles.com podcast Level Down, which should be airing about August 30th while I'm at Dragon*Con. Speaking of D*C, I'm currently working to file the ranks of the Marvel Parade Group. If you're going to Dragon*Con and happen to have a Marvel Comics costume and the ability to march, please hit me up on the contacts page. We can have currently an unlimited number of volunteers, and I'm really excited about Dragon*Con in general. Final Fantasy XI making gaming news again is a really fresh outlook, especially my mother server of Seraph. X-Play has been running bits about an 18 hour boss fight by a linkshell I used to do work with way back in the day of -- well, retro FFXI fans know what's up. I'll be uploading music shortly, I know I'm behind ~ . I've been really busy with school related stuff, Oni-Con's Masquerade Ball, working on podcast stuff for FFXI (check out LimitBreakRadio.com's new Rogue's Den, which features a really professional radio edit of my music done by Aniero of said LBR), and costuming. I'm also excited to announce I'm confirming for DEFCON again next year in mid-September. Good times for all.
